24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We usually hold a 24-hour notice period for cancellation of an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled outside of this 24-hour notice period, then the client will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
Due to Covid-19, we are NOT currently charging for cancellations due to suspected symptoms or illness. Please do still give us as much notice as possible so they we can use this appointment slot for another client and we shall re arrange your appointment after the self-isolation period is complete with no active symptoms still or a confirmed negative test.
Payments can be made in advance of the session, but we ask that payments are completed no later than 7 days after reciept of invoice to avoid any late payment charges. Payments will be made by BACS transfer.
Cash is usually accepted but during covid-19 we are asking for transfers only unless discussed otherwise.
Change in Pricing
Although EW Sports Therapy pride ourselves on having only had one price increase commencing on the 1st September 2020 in 8 years. All fees and charges are subject to periodic increases and we reserve the right to change the costs of our services at any point.
