24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We hold a 24-hour notice period for cancellation of an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled outside of this 24-hour notice period, then the client will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
Due to Covid-19, we are NOT currently charging for cancellations due to suspected symptoms or illness. Please do still give us as much notice as possible so they we can use this appointment slot for another client and we shall re arrange your appointment after the self-isolation period is complete with no active symptoms still or a confirmed negative test.
Payments can be made in advance of the session, but we ask that payments are completed no later than 7 days after receipt of invoice to avoid any late payment charges. Payments will be made by BACS transfer. Cash is also accepted.
Change in Pricing
All fees and charges are subject to periodic increases and we reserve the right to change the costs of our services at any point.
