Conditions

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We hold a 24-hour notice period for cancellation of an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled outside of this 24-hour notice period, then the client will be charged the full amount of the appointment. This is because we are unable to then offer this appointment out to another client.

Illness

We do ask that all clients postpone their appointments if they display signs of COVID-19, cold, flu symptoms or generally feeling unwell. This is for your own well being as massage is contraindicated if unwell and for our wellbeing and our practitioner will do the same.

Payments 

Invoices will be emailed out in advance of an appointment. Payments can be made in advance of the session, but we ask that payments are completed no later than 7 days after receipt of invoice to avoid any late payment charges. Payments will be made by BACS transfer. Cash is also accepted.

Change in Pricing 

All fees and charges are subject to periodic increases and we reserve the right to change the costs of our services at any point.
